Cover
UK orders are covered while in transit with Palletways Online, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
Cover is limited to the cost value of the goods, up to a maximum of £5,000 per 1,000kg. Any claim will be based on the cost value of the goods, not their retail value. For example, if a pallet weighs 1,000kg but the goods have a cost value of £500, the maximum claim would be £500.
Deliveries to Victorian Plumbing are excluded from loss and damage cover. Any visible damage should be noted at the point of delivery; however, it’s worth noting that large businesses like Victorian Plumbing typically receive goods in bulk, and as a standard practice, all deliveries are signed as clean. Unfortunately, this makes it challenging to determine if any damage occurred during transit.
