Send a Single-pallet or Multi-pallet Consignment
After you’ve chosen a day for collection, you can choose between our Premium and Economy delivery speeds. Premium provides next-day delivery from the collection date, while Economy typically takes two to three days.
After your pallet is collected, it’s taken to our hub and routed to the destination. The pallet’s recipient will receive a 2-hour delivery window when the pallet’s loaded on one of our delivery trucks, helping them to plan their day.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I arrange next-day pallet collection and delivery in the UK?
Simply enter your pickup postcode, delivery location, and pallet dimensions into our online booking tool. Select the Next-Day Premium collection option during checkout. Once your payment is complete, a collection driver will be dispatched to your site on the requested working day.
Do I need a forklift for pallet collection?
No, a forklift is not strictly required. If you do not have loading equipment on site, our drivers collect using vehicles equipped with a tail-lift and manual pallet truck. You must ensure the pallet is stored on flat, hard, and solid ground (such as concrete or tarmac) so the pallet truck can safely manoeuvre.
Can I send more than one pallet and have them all collected together?
Yes, you can send multiple pallets and book them all within one order for collection at the same time. Our route planners will notify the driver of the number of pallets and allocate enough time and truck space for them to safely load all the pallets.
